By accessing and using Animeet ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Animeet is a platform operated by Shingo Travel., LLC that connects travelers (Guests) with local guides in Japan. The Platform facilitates bookings, payments, and communications between Guests and Guides.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

Guests can book tours through the Platform. All bookings are subject to Guide availability and acceptance.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Platform fees of 30% apply to all bookings.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 24+ hours before the tour start time
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees by arranging direct payments
