Shingo grew up in Japan and has always been passionate about sharing the authentic beauty of Japanese culture with travelers from around the world. He graduated from the University of Alabama Huntsville, majoring in Business Management, and has lived in both the United States and India, gaining a rich understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives.
As a former tour conductor and guide, Shingo has explored all 47 prefectures of Japan. Through years of working in the travel industry, he witnessed a recurring disconnect: standardized tours, fleeting encounters between guides and guests, and frequent mismatches that left both sides unfulfilled.
