How do I find the right guide?

Use our search filters to find guides by location, vibes (interests), style, and language. Watch their profile videos to get a sense of their personality.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment system.

Bookings & Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to "My Bookings" in your account, select the booking you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel Booking" button.

Can I reschedule my tour?

Please contact your guide directly through our messaging system to discuss rescheduling options.

Are guides verified?

Yes! All guides go through a verification process including identity verification, background checks, and profile review by our team.
