Guide Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Guide Agreement is between you ("Guide") and Shingo Travel., LLC ("Animeet"). By registering as a Guide on the Animeet platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Platform Fees

2.1 Commission Structure

Animeet charges a platform fee of 30% of the gross booking amount. You will receive 70% of each booking.

Example:
Tour Price: ¥10,000
Platform Fee (30%): ¥3,000
Your Earnings (70%): ¥7,000

2.2 Payout Schedule

- Cutoff Date: Last day of each month (30th or 31st)
- Payout Date: By the end of the following month
- Example: January tours → Paid by end of February

3. Tour Standards

You agree to:

• Provide tours that match your descriptions
• Maintain high standards of professionalism
• Be punctual and prepared for all tours
• Treat guests with respect and courtesy

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Guest Cancellations

- Cancellations 24+ hours before tour: Full refund to guest, no earnings for Guide
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund to guest, full earnings to Guide

4.2 Guide Cancellations

If you must cancel a confirmed booking:

• Provide as much notice as possible
• Guest receives full refund
• Excessive cancellations may result in account suspension

5. Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reporting your earnings to tax authorities
• Paying all applicable taxes
• Maintaining proper tax records
• Obtaining any required business licenses
